A big thank you to our clients, friends and contacts who kindly supported me and donated to Parkinson’s UK for my 3 Peaks Challenge, successfully completed last weekend.

The work of Parkinson’s UK is vital in the search for a cure and treatment to defeat this debilitating illness.  I have seen first hand how it affects lives both in terms of the person suffering the illness (such as my Dad) and those (such as my Mum) who are providing such amazing care and support, sacrificing much of their own lives.

Thanks to one of our clients Steve Brown for organising training and basically everything for us and well done to our other fellow companions Rich, Arran and Gariq (in aid of Bowel Cancer UK in support of Arran’s mother), and the 18 others with us. We made it just in time within the 24 hours.

The weather was really kind to us and the conditions themselves were excellent although varied. As the photos may show, Ben Nevis had some snow to negotiate, Scafell Pike was in the dark and Snowdon was in gorgeous sunshine.
